This is the 3rd treatment in the facial series. Hydrated skin…radiant complexion…even skin tone…sounds good to me! Today we are having a HydraFacial!
What Is A HydraFacial?
A HydraFacial is a treatment that works to deep clean, exfoliate and hydrate the skin. It can treat many skin conditions such as dehydration, discoloration, acne, fine lines and wrinkles. The procedure is similar to a standard facial however this provides better and visible results. This is achieved by a mechanised wand used on the facial skin to deeply clean and exfoliate, simultaneously delivering customised serums deep into the skin.
How Does A HydraFacial Work?
It uses a unique, patented Vortex-Fusion delivery system to exfoliate, extract and simultaneously hydrates the skin with powerful serums. The spiral design delivers painless extractions, deep cleansing the pores. The spiral design of HydroPeel Tips, used in conjunction with the HydraFacial vacuum technology and serums, creates a vortex effect to easily dislodge and remove impurities while simultaneously delivering hydrating skin ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, Vitamin C or Vitamin E.
What Results Does A HydraFacial Give?
Microdermabrasion helps to improve the overall skin texture, tone, and appearance. This is due to the deep exfoliation that cleans your pores, removing dead skin cells and allowing for better penetration of face serums tailored to your skin type. This helps to reduce congestion, clogged blackheads and whiteheads, softens acne scarring, fine lines, brown spots and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Results can last up to 4 weeks as long as a homecare skincare routine is practiced correctly.
Is A HydraFacial Safe For Rich Complexions?
Yes, it is! This treatment is safe and compatible with all skin types and conditions, even sensitive skin. This works so well in unison to help treat skin of color concerns- reduces the appearance of pigmentation, brown spots, discoloration, fine lines and dehydration. The exfoliation section is strong but gentle on the skin, which will not affect pigmentation in melanin-rich skin.
Is A HydraFacial Worth It?
For the results you get?...for sure! It really is an all-rounder facial to wear your best skin! This treatment targets most skin concerns our rich complexion struggles with. Also, its an all-year-round facial which can be carried out regularly and also in conjunction with other treatments to help enhance results. But if we are going to have a HydroFacial, we need to remember to apply sunscreen to help maintain the results and protect the skin against further cellular damage.
